Why is this device designed as a 360° ring instead of traditional panel or mat?

Clinical PBM systems use full-surround 360° irradiation because it provides the most even, consistent, and efficient light absorption. Unlike others, the ring design surrounds the body with uniform red+NIR light - delivering uniform & even energy.

Why isn't the shape is fixed?

Because it can be adjusted into any space or scenarios. This is also the fun part! Each light bar is removable allowing you to create 4 major configurations. You can use it while doing yoga, gym, meditation or simply relax on your bed.

There are 672 or 1344 LEDs, will it feel too hot?

No, the lamp is an open-air structure and the LEDs use medical-grade 660nm + 850nm wavelengths with zero UV, zero EMF contact. Our lamp is also lab tested and safe to be used at-home. The safety measure of a self shut down timer is in used.

Is it difficult to assemble or store?

No tools needed. It may take you some time to get the hand of it at the first time, however, the assembly is very straight forward. A detailed assembly guide will be provided.

Can I get a replacement part if something goes wrong?

No worries. Your package comes with some replacement parts already, and if any other part becomes damaged we can provide the replacement component after assessing so you don't need to replace the entire lamp.

Customer service is great

At first, looking at the pile of parts, I was a bit confused and worried that I couldn't handle it. Fortunately, customer service responded very quickly and provided very clear installation video guidance. I have to give a good review just for this service attitude. The light brightness is very sufficient; you must wear the goggles provided by the merchant.

A quite interesting experience, two people can use it

The space is okay. My partner and I tried standing inside together to receive phototherapy at the same time; it was quite fun. However, the premise is that both people need to be relatively thin and small, and it feels like the effect might not be as good as when used by one person.

Needs a dedicated space

The effect goes without saying, and the one-button start is very convenient. But I want to remind everyone that if you want to disassemble it when not in use, it might be quite troublesome. My current solution is to put it in a separate empty small room to avoid the annoyance of repeated disassembly and assembly.

The new favorite of pets at home

It's really warm to use in winter. I estimate that when the weather gets colder, my Husky will run over here to sleep every day, hahaha.

Not very friendly to larger people

The product is a good product, but this closed circular design is a bit awkward for those of us with larger body types. You have to leave an opening when entering. If no one helps plug in the last light bar, it is difficult to complete it yourself. Unless you are particularly flexible, or just leave one light bar out as an entrance/exit.
